About Me
I'm Riyani, a story teller for adults, teens and kids!
Hello, my name is Riyani Patel. I am 16 years old and I live in Morgan Hill, CA. I am a junior in high school. My favorite hobbies are writing, drawing, collecting toiletries from nice hotels and hanging out with my family and friends. I would like to be a screenwriter in Hollywood as I grow up. It would be cool if I was an extra in movies and TV shows. 😊
With my love of writing, I became a teen author and storyteller because I want to make a difference in the world. My first book, The Boy Battle focuses on raising awareness for Tourette’s Syndrome, a neurological condition I have. My second book The ‘Terrible’ Bullies focuses on raising awareness of school bullying. I was bullied in middle school because of my tics and I don’t want others kids to go through the same experiences I had. I hope I can be an inspiration to others.
